In Bailee's experience at the University of Evansville, she wore many hats. Bailee was a music therapy student, vocal student and a student-athlete (softball). In 2018 and 2019, she participated in the UE 歌剧 program performing in the Coffee Cantata, Amahl and the Night 访问ors and was a soloist in the UE 歌剧/Evansville Philharmonic Orchestra production of 西区故事. One of Bailee's fondest memories was her participation in the University Choir. Bailee被授予 2018年度新闻学者 for recognition of an outstanding achievement as a music major at the University of Evansville. In 2019, she also was a recipient of the Class of 1927 scholarship award for UE's four schools, hers being awarded for School of Music. In her music therapy education, Bailee had the opportunity to experience a variety of clinical placements to further her skills as a music therapist. Clinical placement experiences included: feeding clinics, schools for the developmentally disabled, 精神病院, assisted living facilities and hospice work.

Upon graduating from UE, she moved to 威斯康辛州 to complete her 6 month internship at Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care in Milwaukee, 威斯康辛州. After the completion of her internship, Bailee passed the music therapy board certification exam in 2020 and officially became Bostic受托人, MT-BC. Her first job as a music therapist was at a skilled nursing facility in Milwaukee, WI where she fulfilled much of her hospice duties as well as working with memory care and ventilated patients. After a year working in Milwaukee, Bailee was hired at her dream job in Madison, 威斯康辛州. She currently works at the Central 威斯康辛州 Center for the developmentally disabled which is a state Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) for individuals with severe to profound intellectual and multiple disabilities receiving complete residential support. Bailee is currently working full time and is completing her Master of 音乐疗法 degree from Augsburg University. She is looking forward to her long career in music therapy, and cannot thank UE enough for her passion for music and education in music therapy.

Bailee lives in Janesville, WI and owns a home with her significant other, 马特, and enjoys life with her 1 year old Labrador Retriever, 博. Reflecting on her time at UE, she feels grateful for the supportive faculty, friends and education she received. 根据她的经验, 小班授课, 1:1 professor guidance and communal atmosphere made for the best type of learning environment. She took many life lessons from her experiences at UE and has carried them into her career as a music therapist and has felt benefit in her growth as a person.
