领导提出 is a year long executive leadership skills training fellowship program whose distinguished members have developed a passion for leadership, demonstrated personal growth, and desire to leave a leadership legacy at the University of Evansville.

领导提出 is housed within the Schroeder School of Business and is open to all students across the university.

Key Fellowship Elements:

Leadership Speaker Series: 接触区域 & national business leaders who provide you a unique perspective on leadership, life, and business.

Leadership Modules: Engage with 队列 while learning about key topics throughout your year as a fellow.

Leadership Retreat: Fellows will be stretched out of their comfort zones as they participate in an intensive weekend retreat, prior to the start of classes in August.  Held at the New Harmony Inn & 会议中心, participate in group dynamics lessons, analyze your personalized strengths profile, establish individual leadership goals and group objectives, 还有更多!

梅根Conapinski,注册会计师, is the Director of the Schroeder School of Business Office for Career Success. Megan joined the University in 2019 and has also served as a career coach in the Office for Career Success since 2021.  Prior to joining the University, Megan worked in public accounting for 5 years and holds an active CPA license in Indiana.  Megan earned her Bachelor of Science, cum laude, with a major in Accounting & Professional Services from the University of Southern Indiana in 2006.  Megan is passionate about mentoring students and helping students reach their full potential.
